When you click on “Send an e-mail,” the information collected is used to generate an e-mail to the attention of the QDIPC’s management team. 5. WEB SUBSCRIPTION FORM
The QDIPC makes available to you a web form that allows you to receive QDIPCinfo updates or any other news releases issued by the Corporation. When completing this form, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, e-mail address and status (insurer, broker, consultant or other).
The information that you submit through web forms will be used only to ensure that your request is handled.
This information will be available only to staff members of the QDIPC whose duties require it.
Except as required by law, the QDIPC does not sell, distribute, share or communicate personal information to third parties.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
The QDIPC reserves the right to make changes to the terms of use without notice and without liability. However, if the terms were to be changed, the Corporation would inform the user in its “Announcement” section. These changes shall become effective as soon as they are displayed on the website.
