Mission

Through the exercise of its mandate, the Corporation pursues the mission of:

Preserving the pooling system in order to guarantee fair treatment to all (participants and covered groups) in the matter of prescription drug insurance.

Our Values

Three values guide the Corporation’s actions :
  • INTERGRITY
    acting without compromise in the interest of the entities covered by the Act;
  • IMPARTIALITY
    dealing with each participant according to a just appreciation of what is due him; and
  • FORESIGHT
    considering events with sensitivity and openness in order to better predict their effects.
  • Our GOAL is to act in a way that fosters confidence in the Corporation on the part of members, participants and government.
